1. Compact design

On the slippery surface, the dual engine drives both wheels to generate more traction for efficient and safe conveyance. The driving wheel angle controls engine and allows reducing power during short turning. If the steering wheel is rotated 45 degrees, the outer drive wheel will be generated more traction. Meanwhile it is 90 degrees, inner drive wheel will be reversed direction to increase the maneuverability that aid machine to rotate around its inner shaft.

This unique feature enables Maximal forklift to increase great maneuverability and flexibility in a wide range of applications. The power control unit has the function of reducing energy consumption as well as tiredness and stress to operator.  

2. The electric system of  Maximal forklift

The truck is equipped with AC motor, pump and motor control that bring high torque efficiency and free maintenance. The reliable ZAPI AC controller has been checked, offering unlimitedly variable drive and regenerative brake characteristic for power capture and storage. The regenerative brake feature could be programed in some specific applications to increase the running time of machine. The emergency breaker is easily accessible if there is an electrical breakdown.

3. Overall

I and C beam height  forms a solid mast that eliminates deflection and helps maximize performance and durability. The sliding pillar system less friction enables wear-resistant more effectively compared to lighter materials. The side pressure is reduced by the side thrust shafts placed on the rail and crane. The hydraulic lift system is designed with a pressure relief valve that plays an important role in the case of a pressure drop.
