• Maximal FB25 electric forklift truck, 2.5 tons lifting capacity is designed by Hyster-Yale forklift corporation (USA) with Maximal electric forklift brand, at the factory in Zhejiang – China. However, with the JAPIC strategy and the location of the factory in China, the design language of Maximal forklifts is heavily influenced by Japanese automakers such as TOYOTA and KOMATSU. Therefore, the Maximal forklift has an extremely beautiful and neat design, easy to use and saves space.

  

  The Maximal FB25 electric forklift is the only Chinese forklift that meets the European CE standard. Maximal electric forklifts pass all tests for: frontal impact, side impact, heavy object falling from the cabin roof; brake test when traveling at speed with heavy objects; Anti-roll cornering test. All the tests have proven the particularly reliable working ability of Maximal forklifts in general and Maximal electric forklifts in particular, completely meeting the standards set by Hyster-Yale Maximal and Europe. Maximal Electric Forklift

• Equipped with two motors: a motor to control the lifting and lowering and a motor placed between the two front wheels for steering wheel control. Behind install two controllers from ZAPI. The drive motors and lifting motors are all using genuine Hyster-Yale products for Maximal electric forklift trucks to operate smoothly and reliably.
• To save costs, customers can choose Chinese batteries for Maximal electric forklifts. However, we encourage you to use a German Hawker battery as standard equipment for the Hyster-Yale Maximal forklift.

  

  To charge the Maximal forklift, customers use genuine chargers using electronic diode technology, oil-cooled. The electric charger uses 3 oil-cooled electronic diodes to control the automatic shutdown when there is enough power. The voltage used is 3-phase/220V, but customers can choose 3-phase/380V. This charger together with the Hawker battery allows to shorten the charging time of the 480V/600 Ah battery to 3-4 hours (30% less time). In the case of using Hawker’s most advanced battery with a charger of the same type, the charging time is even 30-60 minutes. This is a great advancement of the German battery company.

• In addition to choosing a good battery, an electric forklift battery charger is equally important. Just like forklift batteries, forklift battery chargers include many different brands. For Chinese chargers there are two very high-end brands, Shineng and Delong. In addition, you can also refer to the TCE charger from Italy.
• In case of using 3-phase/220V voltage, customers should use Lioa’s autotransformer to lower the voltage accordingly. Thereby, also helps to protect the tank better.
